The process begins with your Communication Blueprint
A deep-dive audit of where your communication stands today, and a clear roadmap for where it needs to go.
During this discovery session, we’ll develop a thorough understanding of your business–where you’ve been, where you’re going, what’s working, and what’s not. From there, we’ll develop a comprehensive document outlining our findings and recommendations, tailored entirely to your business’s needs and goals.
The Blueprint uncovers gaps, identifies the right opportunities for your specific business, and lays the foundation for the work that follows.
Investment: $650, applied in full to your Create & Launch
From there, we move into the Create & Launch Phase
Your Blueprint will include your recommended Create & Launch plan, which is where your customized strategy comes to life. Based on our findings in the Blueprint, we develop and execute a tailored plan focused on your business’s goals and the right channels and tactics to achieve them.
The Create & Launch typically spans 90 days to ensure results, though scope and complexity may vary based on what your individual Blueprint reveals.
Due to the individual nature of your tailored plan, the Create & Launch is custom-quoted.

To maintain the progress made during the Create & Launch phase, Kate & Steele is available to continue the relationship on an ongoing retainer basis. We stay on in a fractional Chief Communications Officer capacity, continuing to direct, oversee, and evolve your communications strategy as your business grows.
